J.R. Stewart & Associates (JRS&A) is the parent company of MOTC Telecom and several cloud businesses such as SendMyMsg.com, AddMe2.biz, WebSiteMeet.com and FreedomJournal.news. According to the founder of JRS&A, the company will develop several channels for bringing leading edge technology to small businesses at an affordable price. JRS&A was started in 1995 by Jimmy Stewart and within two years, the company had 20 consultants and two and a half million dollars in revenue.
Looking for Information Technology (IT) Professionals
"I eventually closed the business because I was not making much money. The businesses, employees and contractors did great, but my paycheck was pitiful considering I was working 16 hours a day", according to Mr. Stewart. Also Mr. Stewart stated he was not happy simply contracting out object programming. FJN had a chance to interview Mr. Stewart and here are his responses to our questions.
Why bring JRS&A back? I recently brought on investors for MOTC Telecom and they are only interested in Voice over IP communications. It became too much of a distraction developing and maintaining other technologies and solutions.
What does this mean for your customers? It will allow us to better serve our customers by focusing each of our businesses on a single focus. For example, MOTC Telecom no longer develops websites, but JRS&A does. Our online meeting service is no longer maintained and supported by MOTC Telecom, it has its own team of support engineers. So our phone business is strictly a phone business.
How does JRS&A function? If I understand the question correctly, JRS&A is the creative entity where the true brilliance happen. For example, we've developed a new social media management service. In the past, MOTC Telecom engineers and programmers would have developed the platform. We were able to bring the service to market in about two months while no taking resources away from telecom.
What is the future of JRS&A? We are currently looking to expand by partnering with IT professionals who want to start their own business. We have products and services to benefit small to medium businesses and we need small businesses to sell our services under our white label program. We offer training and financing for those wishing to take advantage of our program.
